The following recipes are either wheat free, dairy free or nightshade free.
Savory Zucchini Bread – Wheat Free/Dairy Free
- 1 ½ c. organic rice flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp baking power (alum. Free)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ c. organic olive oil
- ½ c. organic olives (pitted Kalama)
- ½ c. organic grape tomatoes
- 1 Tbl organic basil pesto
- 3 organic eggs
- ½ c almond cheese graded
- ½ c organic rice milk
- ¼ c sunflower seeds
- 1½ c zucchini
Mix dry ingredients together, then add the rest one by one. Mix well. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees for one hour..
